Assistant Manager wanted for a busy store in the Heathrow area.

My client is global retailer at the forefront of retail, they work with some of the biggest brands in retail and are now looking for talented Managers to join their multi-national organisation as a Assistant Manager.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate who can inspire their store team, drive, and deliver exceptional customer service and business results. You must be a motivational leader with coaching experience.

You must be:
- Experienced in recruitment and induction of new individuals
- Motivating and recognising talent
- Being a fantastic team player
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Driving team performance by enhanced product knowledge
- Ensuring effective application & review of H&S, risk & compliance policies within the
location
