Assistant Merchandiser Sustainable Fashion
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our retail team in London. The ideal candidate will have an interest in sustainable fashion, a proven track record in merchandising, a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Description
- Work closely with the Head of Merchandising and team to ensure optimal stock levels and product distribution.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Participate in trade events to promote the brand.
- Liaise with the retail team to ensure that all merchandise displays are appealing to customers.
Profile
A successful Assistant Merchandiser should have:
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of retail metrics.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Experience in the retail industry, particularly in merchandising.
