We are seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our retail team in London. The ideal candidate will have an interest in sustainable fashion, a proven track record in merchandising, a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Description

• Work closely with the Head of Merchandising and team to ensure optimal stock levels and product distribution.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Participate in trade events to promote the brand.
• Liaise with the retail team to ensure that all merchandise displays are appealing to customers.

Profile

A successful Assistant Merchandiser should have:

• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of retail metrics.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Experience in the retail industry, particularly in merchandising.
