Assistant Payroll Manager

Contract – 3 months
Salary – £20.98 (PAYE) - £26.57 (LTD)

Highly regarded organisation seeking an Interim Assistant Payroll Manager, implementing a new system.
Role responsibilities:
Ø Assist the Payroll and Pensions Management teams to cover BAU processing to cover absence.
Ø Liaise with finance to complete monthly payroll reconciliations.
Ø Provide technical support to the systems team for Payroll activities.
Ø Provide operational, technical and strategic support and leadership to the Payroll and Pensions Manager respectively to support the delivery of transactional payroll services.
Ø Assist with Audits on Payroll related issues.
The person:
Ø Highly skilled payroll professional with experience leading Payroll teams.
Ø Experience supporting teams during new system roll-outs.
Ø Excellent IT skills, Knowledge of SAP software highly desirable.
Ø CIPP or equivalent QBE is needed.
Benefits
Ø 37 hours per week (5 day working week, in office)
Ø Weekly pay
Ø 3-month contract (Until end of July)
