To ensure the National Flu Vaccination Program, corporate projects and OH services are managed efficiently by ensuring customer and client’s needs are fulfilled successfully.

  • Responsible for leading and the smooth running of the clinic corporate client contracts and services.
  • Responsible for leading and running of the clinic 'flu season’, including but not limited to the interviewing, hiring and induction of seasonal flu nurses, organising and monitoring flu vaccine levels, ensuring consent forms are appropriately filled, filed and stored, and communicating with corporate clients in order to book and invoice external vaccine sessions.
  • Supporting Clinic Manager in meeting project objectives, deadlines and client needs
  • Supporting clients as the main point of contact
  • Line management responsibility for operational team
  • Coordinating schedules, clinicians, equipment and resources for on and off-site projects
  • Coordinating booking requests and support with projects that require our courier and postal services
  • Liaising with all levels of stakeholder to obtain project critical information such as key requirements and objectives
  • Creating reports for manager and other key stakeholders
  • Frequent corporate outreach in order to establish new clients and maintain good communication with existing ones
  • Supporting business development and looking for opportunities for service growth
  • Establishing strong working relationships with corporate clients, as well as recommending alternative clinic services throughout the year
  • To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required by management
  • Supporting recruitment efforts through hiring and induction for part and full time members of staff
  • Participate in staff development and training initiatives as required and demonstrate knowledge of this through the day-to-day delivery of the role
  • To support the clinic in meeting existing and future regulatory requirements for ISO 9001, ISO 15189, ISO 27001, SEQOSH, CQC and UKHSA/DHSC minimum requirements for private providers of Covid-19 tests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
