We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Banbury that are looking for a Project Accountant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience to join a growing company working across a broad range of projects. Offering up to £45,000 (DOE)

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up project job numbers and monitoring changes in budgets
• Review budgets before sending to clients
• Responsible for accurate reconciliations of each budget and working closely with project managers
• Raising sales invoices
• Reviewing aged debtors and liaising with clients regarding overdue invoices
• Preparation of rebate invoices
• Posting payments to the ledgers, setting up urgent supplier payments and staff expense payments
• Preparation of month end reports including bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations, project pitch costs reporting & asset register

What they're looking for:

• Strong Accounts Payable & Reconciliation experience
• Good IT skills including Excel
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
