Job Title - Assistant Project Manager
Sector - Health care
Salary - Up to £50,000 plus package
As part of the operations function, support the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of design and construction projects. Act as the deputy project figurehead with HSEQS management, effective commercial and technical risk management, the development, implementation and monitoring of progress against the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and the management of high performing project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all reporting systems, team meetings and package management
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of design and construction projects
- Act as a role model to project staff and operatives leading by example
- Active involvement in HSEQS management on our projects and challenge working practices on site and across our business to ensure continuous improvement in line with our Zero philosophy
- Align with and adhere to our protocols, practices and procedures and communicate the importance of site team discipline around the same
Qualifications
- Working to become chartered with relevant body such as CIOB / CPEng / MICE
- CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, Root Cause Analysis & S5 & Q10 internal workshops
- Lifting operation basic awareness
