You would have previous experience of large project management and will assist in supporting the Estate Project Manager in planning and completing a refurbishment project, across a number of facilities in Kent.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Meeting stakeholders to identify project requirements and timelines.
  • Assist with the development of detailed project plans to guide staff members and communicate any changing needs and requirements.
  • Undertake project tasks as directed by the Estates Project Manager, such as contractor liaison, quality checking RAMS, SSW's etc.
  • To contribute to the management and monitoring of project budgets.
  • To support ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Regulations in all aspects of the projects undertaken.

We're particularly interested if you have experience of working in education or prisons and are DBS certified.

You'll enjoy a 37-hour week with a flexible approach to the start/finish times.
