My client is a well established with an excellent reputation for providing an excellent service as a Managing Agent to their Freeholder clients around the Home Counties.

We are looking for a person who has experience of working within a managing agent who wants an opportunity to grow into a Property Manager role.

As an Assistant Property Manager you will work alongside an experienced Property Manager, learn from them, take on responsibilities including:-

  • Taking inbound calls from owners of the properties
  • Logging property details and the issue being reported
  • Contacting the relevant contractor to attend site and completing all relevant information onto their bespoke system
  • Following up with the leaseholder or freeholder to keep them informed of when the contractor will attend site
  • Once the works have been completed up dating the system with costs etc
  • Liaising internally with the Property Manager and accounts teams
  • In time going out to sites to build relationships with the clients so need a clean driving licence

As you learn, you will start to take on more responsibilities and in time grow into a Property Manager managing your own portfolio of properties.
