The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of a long-established, multidisciplinary firm, engaging in a diverse range of projects including Higher Education, Residential, Commercial Developments, Hotels, Leisure, Retail, and Restoration schemes.

Joining a dynamic team, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive extensive training, enabling them to explore various aspects such as Employer's Agent, Project Management, Procurement, Dispute Resolution, and traditional Quantity Surveying. This role is designed as a career pathway, offering substantial professional growth and increased responsibilities.

The practice prides itself on its RICS approved structured training programme, boasting a strong record in guiding individuals towards achieving their MRICS status.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be proactive, ambitious and thrive in a friendly team environment. This role would suit someone determined to achieve Chartership, looking to join a flexible and supportive firm with 1-2-1 mentorship and tailored progression plans.

You will also have:

• RICS Accredited degree
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a Construction Consultancy
