One of London's longest standing construction consultancy's, renowned for their success with the APC, is seeking a smart Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has ambitions of achieving MRICS.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall work and assist an Associate and Partner on a mixture of residential and retrofit projects for public bodies and local authorities across London and the Southeast.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a traditional quantity surveying role including cost planning and contract administration.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (open to those on the apprenticeship scheme)
  • Minimum of 12 months quantity surveying experience within a consultancy practice
  • Basic pre contract experience
  • Eager to achieve MRICS
  • Any public sector project experience would be a bonus
