Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A leading independent specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This is an exciting time to join a successful team in their Bolton Office.

This role:

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with their duties.

Working in the commercial sector on a range of projects including office refurbishment and fit out.

Working on both Cat A and Cat B schemes.

Working on the pre-construction project phase including tenders.

Supporting the Senior QS with supply chain management.

Placing orders, creating valuations and contract management using our commercial software.

An independent specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor, providing their clients with access to a proven, quality supply chain together with a team of high calibre individuals. Currently trading in their 11th year and work across multiple sectors including commercial office space, higher education and healthcare.
