A professional, award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious, enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to bolster their growing Manchester office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic office of 13, working within an expanding QS team of 8.

With a plethora of exciting projects to engage with, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a diverse and stimulating workload, including Student Accommodation, Housing Associations and Private Residential, Education (Universities & Colleges), Blue Light, Heritage & Conservation, and Commercial projects.

This consultancy is highly proficient in the APC process, with several Chartered senior professionals on the team dedicated to providing support and mentorship. They boast a strong internal APC program with an outstanding pass rate.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor currently working at a consultancy, eager for greater project variety, better APC support, and a role that reflects their abilities.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:

  • A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Basic Pre & Post Contract experience
  • The desire to have a varied workload sector wise, not sector specific work
