The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a flourishing team of 20 professionals, including 8 Quantity Surveyors, working across five nationwide offices. This is a rare opportunity to engage with high-profile projects across the entire built environment, while benefiting from the support of a progressive, friendly team.

With a pipeline of impressive regional projects across Residential, Education, and Healthcare, and expanding into Manufacturing and Leisure sectors, the scope of work ranges from £1m to £135m. You'll be at the heart of a consultancy that's committed to your professional development, offering a structured career plan and an industry-leading APC programme to help you on the path to Chartership.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This role is ideal for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to advance their career. You'll benefit from tailored development plans, 1-2-1 mentorship from senior professionals, and a clear path to progress within the business.

You will also have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within in a Consultancy
  • Including internship, university placement, trainee / apprentice or assistant QS roles
• Basic pre & post contract experience
• Committed to completing APC
• A valid UK driving license is beneficial
• Previous experience working on build sector projects is highly desirable (particularly Residential, Education, Commercial or Healthcare)
