We are excited to announce the re-opening of our client's A la Carte Restaurant, located in a historic building on the outskirts of Croydon and we are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join the team for its new venture.  This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality customer Service in a Restaurant that serves up Traditional British and European Cuisine .

The Role - Deputy Manager

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and Bar
  • Performing duties in the absence of the General manager
  • Training and development of junior staff members
  • Managing the restaurant & bar. Taking bookings

The Person - Assistant Manager

  • Outgoing and welcoming hospitality professional
  • Stable work history showing progression
  • Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Training experience an advantage
