Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm - Saturday mornings on a rota, full time, permanent position

My client is recruiting for an Assistant Service Manager to join their Main Prestige Service Department in the Bognor Regis area. An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join a high performing team. This role suits an Assistant Service Manager seeking a long term position.

Assistant Service Manager Role:
* This position will involve managing the front of house operation in a fast-paced working environment whist working closely with the Aftersales Manager.
* You will be responsible for managing a team of well performing Service Advisors whilst also being heavily involved in providing the highest standards of customer service to every customer.
Assistant Service Manager Requirements:
* The right individual must have previous motor trade experience. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence and driven manner.
* Have a steady work history
* At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade / car/Commercial dealership as a senior Service Advisor/Service Team Manager
* Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential. Having experience with some sort of dealership system.
* Looking for a confident, friendly and professional individual with a strong customer service background and the ability to display strong man management skills.
