About Us:
We are a well-established residential developer with a strong presence across London. Our projects are known for their innovative design, high-quality construction, and positive community impact. We are currently seeking an experienced Internals Assistant Site Manager to join our dynamic team on a prestigious multi-phased project in South London.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all internal works on site, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with the project team to ensure seamless integration of internal works with overall project progress.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager, specifically in managing internal works on large-scale residential projects from first fix to handover.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
