- Receive training to a become DSA Assessor
We our working with a client in the consultancy industry looking for an Assistive Technology trainer to understand the needs of students with disabilities to identify what Assistive Technology would be required and then train the students on the Technology in order to give them the best possible learning environment.
The role include by being trained by Assessor Team Lead in how to conduct DSA and training students in how to use the Assistive Technology they require.
Key Responsibilities
- Training students with disabilities in how to use the Assistive Technology they require.
- Conduct the assessment of disabled students to understand and identify their additional needs
- Prepare reports for students in Higher Education for receive Disability Allowances in accordance with current governance and regulations
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with Assistive Technology
- Willing to undergo DSA Assessment Training
- Excellent writing skills in order to write various reports
