Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily reconciliation of bank accounts across various currencies.
Collaboration with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure all items are posted timely and accurately.
Preparation and posting of month end journals for EMEA entities including items such as accruals and payroll.
Posting and reconciliation of intercompany charges and settlements.
Supporting the internal and external audits for both group and local statutory purposes.
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for management review.
Provide timely accounting and analytical assistance to finance and other company personnel and respond to financial questions to meet business needs.
Develop and analyse recommendations for process improvements with a focus towards efficiency, completeness, and accuracy.
Support and engage in special projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Fluency in English, both written and oral communication.
Demonstrable hands-on experience in a finance department.
Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills including advanced excel skills.
Oracle or other major ERP system experience.
Public company and SOX experience (desirable).
