Associate Building Surveyor
A multidisciplinary, independent private practice, with nationwide offices, are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Milton Keynes office.
The Associate Building Surveyor's role
As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will work with a variety of clients across the residential, commercial and insurance sectors, delivering the full spectrum of Building Surveying services.
Your role as the new Associate Building Surveyor will be to carry out party wall matters, design and contract administration, defect reports and dealing with insurance claims. There will be uncapped career progression, with management and team leading opportunities.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?
- Chartered RICS status
- RICS accredited degree (ideally in Building Surveying)
- Experience with high value design/contract admin instructions
- Previous insurance claim experience would be essential
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Understanding of CDM regs 2015, The Party Wall etc Act 1996 and building regs
- Full UK driving licence is essential
