An independent Property Consutltancy, based in the heart of London are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing close-knit team of 4.
This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor who is looking for a new challenge, whereby you can help grow the London offering and team.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will work with both landlords and tenants clients, across the commercial, mixed-use and residential sectors, carrying out a range of instructions across London, Surrey and Kent.
As the chosen Associate Building Surveyor you'll be joining the team at a crucial point of growth, allowing for uncapped and fast progression to line management etc.
Person specification
This role will suit a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor, who has strong communication ability and who works well in a small team.
- MRICS qualified
- RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years' consultancy background
- Commericially minded and business development focused
- Line management experience or skillset
