A thriving, independent construction consultancy are looking to enhance their Birmingham team with a dedicated Associate Building Surveyor.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

The Associate Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a dynamic building consultancy division and close-knit team of 15 within the Birmingham office.

This role offers the successful Associate Building Surveyor the opportunity to manage a variety of exciting projects, across various sectors including commercial, residential, education, and healthcare.

The Associate Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in supporting the current Building Surveying team in providing comprehensive building surveying professional services, such as defect diagnosis, condition surveys, dilapidations and TDD.

The Associate Building Surveyor

• Degree qualified
• Chartered with MRICS is beneficial but not essential
• Proven experience in successfully delivering a range of projects
• Previous consultancy experience is preferred
