Associate Building Surveyor - An expanding practice with interesting insurance clients!
My client are a multi-disciplinary, private practice, are now looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Building Surveying team of 7, based in Reading.
This is an opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor who has insurance claim experience and is keen to expand into other works and benefit from uncapped progression.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will predominantly be acting in a Contract Administration's role which will involve working closely with loss adjusters and insurance companies, dealing with policy holders and seeing projects through from start to completion.
As the chosen Associate Building Surveyor you'll be joining a team of 7, with an expectation to support junior surveyors and push for new business.
Person specification
This role will suit a driven Associate Building Surveyor who has confident communication both written and verbal, with the ability to drive new business.
- MRICS ideally, or hold a RICS accredited degree
- A consultancy background with insurance piece experience ideally
- Contract Administration / JCT contract experience
