Associate Building Surveyor

A partner-led consultancy, right in the heart of Liverpool, are now looking for a career-focused Associate Building Surveyor to join the Director on developing their Building Surveying offering.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will deliver the full spectrum of building consultancy duties, both professional and project instructions, to a range of exciting clients across the office, industrial, retail, health and residential sectors.

Your role as the chosen Associate Building Surveyor will be to work closely and directly with clients, delivering work and creating new business, whilst also supporting the team and collaborating with the Director on ways of developing the team further.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven Associate Building Surveyor looking to embark on an exciting journey and become a pillar to a growing team.

This role will suit a business confident Associate Building Surveyor who is ready to take more responsibility within their role and who can stand on their own two feet.

• MRICS qualified
• A commercial consultancy background
