What to Expect:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Acquire and onboard new clients, expanding your book of business.
- Collaborate with various internal resources to deliver exceptional client solutions.
- Take full responsibility for delivering solutions and managing resources for your clients.
- Oversee and grow the client Profit & Loss (P&L) both individually and across a portfolio.
- Work closely with the Client Executive to support client service initiatives and drive professional growth.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities.
- Risk Analysis and Coverage: Review client/prospect exposure, loss experience, and current coverage to analyze risk and determine necessary products/services.
- Client Communication: Clearly convey client needs and binding instructions to insurers.
- Service Planning: Develop and maintain a quality service plan, ensuring accuracy in all relevant documents, including binders and policies.
- Renewal Proposals: Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients.
- Client Engagement: Conduct stewardship meetings to ensure client satisfaction and generate new sales through referrals and existing client relationships.
- Billing and Collection: Manage timely billing and collection processes for each client.
- Internal Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships across all company functions to enhance client service and cross-selling opportunities.
- Resource Engagement: Leverage industry groups and internal resources to provide the best solutions for clients and prospects.

- Experience: 3+ years in commercial insurance.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
