Responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for an assigned book of existing clients and operate as their daily service contact for Relationship Management, Onboarding and AML/KYC tasks.
  • Proactively coordinate responses to client queries on topics such as performance, fund strategy and fees.
  • Deliver bespoke reports and client questionnaires in collaboration with relevant teams across the business.
  • Attend/host client update meetings and due diligence visits.
  • Ensure that all client servicing activity is record accurately on the CRM.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Ensure continued compliance with AML/KYC processes.

Skills required:

  • 2-5 years institutional client service experience within asset management.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders and international clients.
  • Detail orientated, with strong work ethic, able to prioritise and organise your time well.
  • Knowledge of investment products and asset classes - IMC preferred
