At Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established but growing employee benefits consultancy within their flexible benefits team.

Due to recent acquisitions, they are looking to recruit across the team to support new clients being bought into the business to ensure they are being serviced to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities of an Associate Flex Consultant:

  • Managing some aspects of project renewals
  • Focus on the technical configuration via the platform
  • Undertaking and managing the testing cycle through to release to clients

Requirements of an Associate Flex Consultant:

  • Knowledge of the flexible benefit systems implementation process
  • Ability to support senior team members with managing their clients

This role is fully remote with clients based in the South of England so travel will be requited to attend team and client meetings.
