A London based global trading company is currently recruiting a Part-Time Associate Coordinator to work in their City of London office.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling Cocoa, Coffee, and Sugar future market orders and future orders execution for the London and New York markets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.

TYPE: Part-time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 13:30 - 19:00 (5.5 hours per day with 30 minutes break) Execution tasks occur after market closure at 18:30 pm.

SALARY: £21k depending on experience, plus overtime and discretionary performance related bonus

LOCATION: City of London (hybrid after probation)

Associate Coordinator Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Cocoa, Coffee, and Sugar future market orders
  • Process the execution throughout the day until market close and send to each customer
  • Perform administrative tasks related to future operations
  • Undertake additional ad hoc duties as required

Associate Coordinator Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate and proven numerical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good time and task management, ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Business level English (written and verbal)
