Associate Cost Manager

An opportunity to join one of the UK's leading independant Building Consultancies specialising in the fast paced and ever growing industrial/logistics/distribution sector.

Whilst our client is busy across multiple sectors including Offices, Residential, Retail & Leisure, Mixed Use and Student Accommodation schemes, Industrial & Distribution remains their core focus.

Offering both Project Management and Cost Consultancy services and with offices throughout the UK, their continued success means they are now keen to meet an ambitious Associate Cost Manager (or a Senior ready for the next step up) for their Cambridge office.

This is will be a key role in this office which will involve direct support to the Director and managing a team.

Experience in the industrial/logistics/distribution sector is preferred, however professionals with fast paced commercial and retail experience would also be considered. You will require a consultancy background or combined consultancy and contractor background and good knowledge of the Cambridge market, built over a number of years in the area.
