A great client of ours are looking to grow their MEP team out of their Cardiff office, they are at initial growth stages which requires a Senior leadership member.
They are a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, covering everything from Building Services to Civil Engineering, to Architecture. You’ll be running a team of specialists in the industry, who promote a relaxed office environment and work to deliver the best client solutions.

What we need:
· Experienced Building Services Engineer (Electrical)
· Chartered Engineer
· Someone with experience growing and mentoring a team
· Strong leadership qualities
· Strong client relationships
· Solid design background

Projects:
They work on a range of sectors from Residential, Mixed-use, Student Accommodation and Education – they cover most disciplines on their projects to essentially be a one-stop-shop for design services and project management.
