Associate Director - Building Physics

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Associate Director in Building Physics. You will become part of a large UK-based multi-disciplinary surveying and property consultancy that has a focus on both residential and commercial properties while offering a wide range of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver thermal comfort and overheating assessments, particularly using Dynamic Thermal Modelling.
  • Collaborate with Design Analysts to generate accurate 3D models and data analysis.
  • Produce high-quality technical reports and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting expertise in wind and building physics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the growth strategy of the consultancy.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their technical and professional development.
