The company is multi-disciplinary consultancy, operating across the UK. With an emphasis on collaboration, there is plenty of opportunity to gain experience in other disciplines.

In this role, you will use your technical experience to manage complex sites and multi-species mitigation projects, as well as mentoring less experienced staff.

The ideal candidate will be an associate director of ecology/principal consultant and hold at least one protected species license.

The Role:
*Multi-disciplinary projects.
*Manage complex sites and multi-species mitigation projects.
*Leading design team and client meetings.
*Mentoring fellow staff members.
*Customer focussed role, providing solutions and best practice guidance.

The Person:
*Ecologist.
*Mitigation license holder for at least one protected species.
*Consultancy background.
*Associate director or principal looking to move up into director level.
