A rapidly growing medical communications agency is seeking an Associate Editor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for life sciences and medical education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread a variety of medical and pharmaceutical content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain the integrity of information.
- Work with data sets and statistics to analyze and present findings accurately.
- Adhere to different client styles and compliance guidelines, including the ABPI code.
- Utilize Veeva for reference linking and managing documents through review processes.
- Collaborate with writers and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Maintain excellent organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Life Sciences.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in medical communications as an editorial assistant or junior writer.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe applications.
- Solid experience with Veeva and compliance standards such as the ABPI code.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong referencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in editing documents to align with various client styles.
