A rapidly growing medical communications agency is seeking an Associate Editor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for life sciences and medical education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and proofread a variety of medical and pharmaceutical content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain the integrity of information.
  • Work with data sets and statistics to analyze and present findings accurately.
  • Adhere to different client styles and compliance guidelines, including the ABPI code.
  • Utilize Veeva for reference linking and managing documents through review processes.
  • Collaborate with writers and other team members to produce high-quality content.
  • Maintain excellent organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Life Sciences.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in medical communications as an editorial assistant or junior writer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe applications.
  • Solid experience with Veeva and compliance standards such as the ABPI code.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong referencing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in editing documents to align with various client styles.
