Are you an experienced Senior IFA Administrator or Trainee Paraplanner looking to take the next step in your career? Our client's boutique Financial Planning firm, renowned for offering full holistic fee-based advice, is excited to welcome a dedicated Paraplanner / Senior Administrator to support their lead Adviser.

Salary range for a Paraplanner is up to £38,000 and this role comes with hybrid WFH 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

About the Role:

In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in assisting the back office and advisers with an increasing workload. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to expand their skillset and hit the ground running!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client File Management: Prepare and maintain client files with precision and attention to detail.
  • Recommendation Preparation: Develop and implement recommendations tailored to client needs and risk factors.
  • Documentation: Prepare suitability letters, proposal forms, and make changes to clients' investments as instructed.
  • Client Reviews: Participate actively in the client review process, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Financial Planning.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, competent IT skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: Progress towards or attainment of the Level 4 Financial Diploma is advantageous.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a small, close-knit team.
