A reputable financial services firm with a commitment to excellence and integrity is looking to recruit with their File checking department. Their compliance team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards in financial advice and planning.

The Role:

We are seeking a professional to join our compliance team. This role involves reviewing cases submitted by over 1,100 financial advisers, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Full training will be provided, although previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and check files submitted via our in-house back office system.
  • Assist in answering enquiries from advisers by email and telephone.
  • Ensure all cases meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to maintain high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice (partial completion of appropriate qualifications may also be considered).
  • Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
