Associate Quantity Surveyor
A diverse construction consultancy is looking to bring in an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor into their London office as they seek to strengthen their close knit, quantity surveying team.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be travelling to Cannon Street to work alongside the senior management team on high end residential, new build projects, where you will be carrying out a front end, QS role (i.e. cost planning).
Additionally, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working on some new retrofit, fire safety, and energy upgrade projects for existing buildings.
Outside of the project delivery, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be expected to get involved in business development.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS, similar, or at least completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- A good track record of business development
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- Comfortable cost planning
- UK PQS / Consultancy experience
- High end residential, retrofit, or fire safety project experience would be a bonus
