Associate Quantity Surveyor

A world renowned, global Cost Consultancy is looking to add a professional, client facing Associate Director, from a Quantity Surveying background, to enhance their Exeter office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will ideally already be operating at a senior level within a consultancy environment, with the ability to deliver a breadth of QS services across a variety of sectors.

The company boast an impressive pipeline of projects, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to help grow their busy team with strong opportunity for progression.

Working on multimillion pound projects including:

• New build supermarkets
• High rise apartment blocks
• Interesting heritage / conservation projects
• Mixed use developments
• Education (Schools, Universities, Student Accommodation)

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 5, with 17 more across Building Surveying and Project Management, and will play a key role in generating repeat business and new business/market opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Director, with line management responsibilities for the 5 current Quantity Surveyors, working from the office 2-3 days a week and from home the remainder.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Currently operating at a senior level within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A Strong Quantity Surveying background within consultancy environments
• Experience managing teams and getting involved in business development is highly desirable
• Confident with the drive to succeed and develop

• £65,000 - £75,000
