A unique Construction and Property Consultancy are seeking a chartered Associate Quantity Surveyor with a diverse skill set (QS/PM/EA) as they look to invest in the long term future of their London office.

The Associates Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor's role will be split into two functions. The first part will be delivering projects from inception to completion from a QS and EA/PM perspective across a variety of sectors including residential (LA, private, and later living) and commercial.

The second part of the Associate Quantity Surveyor's responsibility shall be to seek new business opportunities/business development.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • Chartered
  • Experience within a UK cost consultancy / cost management environment
  • Real estate / built environment project experience
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Comfortable with clients and business development
  • Any EA or PM experience would be a plus
