An award winning, ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor as the consultancy look to strengthen their senior leadership team in Berkshire.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be part of the Reading office, working alongside the senior management team in developing business and seeking new opportunities.

Outside of business development, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead from the front, and be hands-on with clients, projects (pre and post contract), and delivery teams.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or hold a Quantity Surveying degree
• Business development experience
• Technically astute, pre and post cost management
• PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
• Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
