An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a client facing, experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic, privately owned Cost Consultancy based in the heart of Manchester.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll bring your senior-level experience in a consultancy environment to deliver a range of quantity surveying services across diverse private sector projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to contribute to the growth and management of a bustling team. You'll work on high-profile, multimillion-pound projects, including:

Working on multimillion pound projects including:

  • High rise apartment blocks
  • Low rise apartment blocks
  • Mixed use developments
  • Student Accommodation & Shared Living
  • Hotels
  • Stadia

This is your chance to play a key role in fostering repeat business and uncovering new opportunities in the market. You'll benefit from a clear, structured career progression path leading up to Directorship and eventually Partnership within the firm.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Construction Consultancies
  • Confident with the drive to succeed and develop
  • Private sector / Residential experience
  • Project Management/EA experience is highly desirable but not crucial
