A well established, medium-sized multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy with ambitious expansion plans is looking to add an experienced and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to their thriving Wakefield office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join at an exciting time for the company, contributing to an extensive pipeline of projects over the next few years, with significant growth anticipated in the coming months.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will manage a varied project portfolio including Residential, Leisure, Education, Hospital, Office and Retail schemes.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take a step up to Associate - someone eager to make a real impact on a company, help build and manage a team as well as growing the business for the region. Or, an established Associate looking to join a small but growing team and help the firm achieve their goals.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will be able to work in a client facing role and open to managing a small team of surveyors and helping with their professional development and will be offered fantastic long term progression opportunities. You will also have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally Quantity Surveying BSc or MSc)
• A strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
