Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit for roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
• Work closely with senior consultants and company founders to learn best practices and develop your recruitment skills
• Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate candidate and client data
• Work towards individual and team targets, driving personal growth and earning potential

About you:

• A recent graduate (or soon-to-be)
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ambition and resilience (recruitment can be challenging, but the rewards are huge)
