Our client is an exciting start-up sales consultancy working within the Technology sector.

Awesome mentors and managers who will offer outstanding training and development for the right person looking to kick-start a genuine career in IT Sales. From a £25-30k base a genuine £35-40k is achievable in Year 1 with an uncapped commission structure.

Typical day will be making 60-80 outbound business-business calls at C level to generate interest, opportunity and meetings on behalf of technology vendors.

Completely office based in Braunston 3 days in Fleet office (typically Tue/Wed and Thurs) with Monday and Fridays from home.

Confidence, ambition and excellent communication skills are key coupled with a curious approach, a drive to be successful and resilience and knowing that every No is closing to that Yes.

Month 1 will all be around the training and development and making those first important calls, understanding the role, objection handling and using the GTM strategy tools.

Month 2 will be lift off and the chance for you to book that first appointment and secure that first commission paycheck, learn on every call having the support of a hands-on mentor and experienced SDR's whilst developing your pitch, knowledge and approach.

Month 3 will be pushing yourself for your first full monthly target and putting those learns to use and making a name for yourself
