What's on Offer?

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
OTE: £55,000+ Car Allowance
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30-6 pm (Early Finish on Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of luxury properties, ensuring seamless client experiences from instruction to completion.

• Conducting high-value market appraisals advising clients on pricing strategies and marketing approaches.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, vendors, and buyers.

• Negotiating and closing premium property sales, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.

• Handling inbound inquiries professionally, delivering expert advice on prime property transactions.

• Proactively sourcing new business opportunities, expanding market presence through networking and referrals.

• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue and market share growth.
