Responsible for one of the largest PE portfolio globally, sector agnostic
Responsibilities would include:
Support Private Equity Chief Investment Officers (CIO) and senior management in evaluating investments, developing investment strategy, and defining the role of PE within the broader firm’s portfolio
Help shape the composition of and outlook for private equity portfolio
Work with private equity deal teams globally to support diligence, deal evaluation and underwriting of investment opportunities
Develop an independent view and analysis of each investment for the CIO and the Investment Advisory Committee
Strategy and value creation—Develop the private credit investment strategy, including portfolio construction, sector strategy, performance management, and risk guidelines
Profile of ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1-3 years of M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity or MBB Management consulting experience only
Well-developed skills in financial modelling, valuation, research, and deal assessment. LBO modelling skills are mandatory
Good communication skills and process management experience
Positive work attitude, high energy with drive and initiative
Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and demonstrate maturity and integrity to interact confidently with senior colleagues
Good presentation and writing skills
