Are you passionate about education and student welfare? We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join our vibrant school community in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and promoting the attendance of our students, ensuring they have the best opportunities for learning and development.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor student attendance and punctuality, identifying patterns and causes of absenteeism.
- Work closely with students, parents, and staff to develop and implement strategies to improve attendance.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on attendance trends for school leadership.

Requirements:
- Experience in an educational setting or similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
