A well respected firm of Accountants in Chorley are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts & Audit Manager to join their team as a result of the growth of their client portfolio. They are looking for someone to ultimately progress to director level.

This portfolio has grown through recommendation as a result of their superb reputation as one of the regions market leaders and excellent service delivery to the businesses they work alongside and ultimately help grow into more profitable organisations.

The remit of the role will include:
  • Review of accounts and advice for more complex clients
  • Provide support to your clients from an accounting perspective
  • Work as part of the management team, to include, department work planning, appraisals and also directly guiding more junior team members to provide both technical and day to day guidance to support their journey
  • Planning and close out meetings whilst managing your audit teams throughout the audit cycle
  • Assist with managing staff resourcing across audits throughout the year and will liaise closely with Partners and fellow managers

You must be either ACA or ACCA qualified and have a relevant public practice background with Audit experience. Ongoing professional development will be provided for progression and benefits are commensurate with a top flight firm such as they are.
