Join a reputable mid-tier firm with 13 partners and over 130 staff, providing accounting and business advisory solutions across the UK and internationally. Located between Marylebone and Soho, you'll enjoy a flexible hybrid approach, working 3 days a week in the office with no set days. The standard workweek is 36.25 hours, typically 9:15 am - 5:30 pm, with flexi-time available.

  • Lead, manage, develop, and coach a team
  • Review team's work for quality and compliance
  • Oversee and complete audit assignments
  • Manage client relationships and understand their needs
  • Develop solutions to prevent crises
  • Maintain high technical and professional standards
  • Manage budgets and performance objectives
  • Identify ways to deliver added value
  • Collaborate with Managers/Partners on audit assignments
