Position Overview:
As an Audit Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing their audit practice. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the audit team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive audit engagements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Review financial statements, internal controls, and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on financial and business matters.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging issues to provide proactive guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to contribute to the overall strategy and success of the firm.
Qualifications:
  • ACA/ ACCA qualification is required.
  • Extensive experience in audit services, preferably in a leadership role within an accountancy firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
