Description

  • Strategically manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the professional services industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team of auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant audit regulations and standards.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance.
  • Proactively contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on audit matters, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge.
  • Regularly communicate and report on audit findings and recommendations.

Profile

A successful Audit Director should have:

  • An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation such as ACCA, ACA or similar.
  • A proven track record in leading audits and managing a team.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • A deep understanding of the professional services industry.
  • A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all work.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £80,000 to £105,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
