Audit Manager

Location: Bolton/Liverpool/Manchester

Job Type: Full time, permanent

My well established accountancy practice client are looking for Audit Managers for their Bolton office, Liverpool office & their Manchester office.

About the role...

  • Lead on-site audits, implement agreed plan, through to completion, coordinate on-site resources, allocate the team to tasks and timescales for completion.
  • Lead on audit quality, ensuring adherence and compliance with company practice and auditing standards
  • Work closely with audit juniors, review their work and support them in the development of their role
  • Responsible for on-site audit findings report, identify and document any areas of concern/risks identified by audit team
  • Develop good client relationships, in order to adapt approach and communication and ensure client satisfaction


What are they looking for?

  • ACCA or ACA Qualified (Essential)
  • 1-2 years’ post qualification working in a similar environment (e.g regional accountancy Firm)
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Taxation
  • Experience of overseeing, training and developing audit juniors on site and in the office on assigned clients
